1:1 SEN Teacher

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 1:1 SEN Teacher to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is a temporary to permanent position, offering a competitive daily rate of £160 - £170 per day.


  • Provide one-on-one support and instruction to students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address each student's specific needs.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate the unique learning styles of students with SEN.
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to each student's education.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and behavior.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
  • DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
