We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 1:1 SEN Teacher to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is a temporary to permanent position, offering a competitive daily rate of £160 - £170 per day.
- Provide one-on-one support and instruction to students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address each student's specific needs.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate the unique learning styles of students with SEN.
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to each student's education.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and behavior.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
- DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
