Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (with potential for extension to 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Position Overview:

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to a child with Special Educational Needs. You will work closely with the child to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. This is a part-time position with hours from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, but there is the potential for the hours to increase to 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to a child with SEN needs.
  • Assist with academic and social development.
  • Create and implement individualised learning plans.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Previous experience in a UK educational setting.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service.
