Your Role:

  • Offer individualised guidance to students diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to implement customised strategies and interventions designed to meet the unique needs of learners.
  • Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels empowered and encouraged.
  • Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among students, teachers, and parents/guardians.
  • Methodically monitor and document the progress, behaviours, and accomplishments of students.
  • Contribute to the creation and adaptation of resources tailored to foster personalised learning experiences.

What We Seek:

  • A deep passion for working with children and a sincere commitment to supporting those with ADHD and additional needs.
  • Preferably, prior experience in a similar role or working with children with special educational needs.
  • Possession of a relevant qualification in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish effective connections with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and an innate ability to maintain composure in challenging circumstances.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements and priorities within a school environment.
  • Strong organisational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
