Dunbar Education is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Behaviour Analyst to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Behaviour Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with challenging behaviours and providing targeted interventions to promote positive change.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments and behavioural observations to identify patterns and triggers of challenging behaviours.
- Develop and implement individualized behaviour intervention plans based on evidence-based strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistency and effective implementation of behaviour plans.
- Provide training and support to school staff in implementing behaviour management strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour interventions and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of behavioural data and progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with Challenging Behaviour
- Knowledge of applied behaviour analysis principles and behaviour intervention strategies.
- Strong observational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
