Behaviour Analyst

Job Description

Dunbar Education is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Behaviour Analyst to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Behaviour Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with challenging behaviours and providing targeted interventions to promote positive change.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional assessments and behavioural observations to identify patterns and triggers of challenging behaviours.
  • Develop and implement individualized behaviour intervention plans based on evidence-based strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistency and effective implementation of behaviour plans.
  • Provide training and support to school staff in implementing behaviour management strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour interventions and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of behavioural data and progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with Challenging Behaviour
  • Knowledge of applied behaviour analysis principles and behaviour intervention strategies.
  • Strong observational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
