  • Embark on 1-2-1 sessions with identified pupils, providing invaluable support to shape their behaviour positively
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative behaviour support plans, fostering a culture of growth and empowerment
  • Deliver comprehensive training and support to colleagues, equipping them with effective behaviour management strategies
  • Engage in open and constructive communication with parents, carers, and external agencies, promoting a holistic approach to student well-being

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in successfully supporting children and young people with their behaviour, creating lasting impact
  • Demonstrated expertise in helping individuals with SEN, employing tailored strategies to meet their unique needs
  • Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to connect with students, colleagues and stakeholders alike
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively, ensuring a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • A relevant qualification would be advantageous, showcasing your dedication to continuous professional development
