Do you have a passion for working with children and young people who need that extra bit of support to make the most of their time in school? We are looking for experienced and reliable Behaviour Support Assistants to join our team across SEN/SEMH schools around the Kettering area.

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting pupils who have emotional, social and mental health (SEMH) difficulties, helping them to overcome obstacles to learning. You must be confident in creating effective plans to help our pupils in areas of social, emotional, mental and behaviour, ensuring all children have the best learning experience possible.

We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, excellent communication and organisation skills and an empathetic attitude towards young people. Previous experience working with SEMH/SEN students is preferred.

This position is offered on a full-time basis and requires flexibility, commitment and dedication to helping young people with complex learning needs.
