We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant with specialised skills in Behavioural Support to join our primary school in St Albans. This is a full-time position, exclusive to term-time, running from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. In this role, your primary responsibility will involve working one-on-one with a student who faces behavioural challenges. Your role will include assisting them in improving attendance and behaviour while simultaneously making a positive contribution to the overall classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience and empathy, possess exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), and have a comprehensive understanding of safeguarding practices.
