Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Business Studies Teacher, with the ability to teach BTEC qualifications, to join our dynamic team, beginning in September 2024. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in the field of Business Studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Business Studies lessons, including BTEC qualifications.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Business Studies curriculum.
- Participate in school events and contribute to our commitment to educational excellence.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies, with experience teaching BTEC qualifications.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- A passion for teaching and inspiring students in the field of Business Studies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
