Hayes Bromley School, a thriving Ofsted "Outstanding" school located in Bromley, Southeast London is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Classroom Teacher to join our Business Studies Department. The successful candidate will have experience teaching students between Key Stages 3 - 5 and will be able to inspire students through innovative and exciting lesson planning.
We are looking for an excellent classroom practitioner who has high expectations of both themselves and the students. The teacher should have the ability to create positive learning environments and build relationships with students that foster mutual respect.
The ideal candidate will also:
- Have knowledge of the latest Business Studies teaching methods and initiatives
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and strong behaviour management strategies
- Be prepared to work within the wider team of staff across all areas of the school
- Have knowledge of assessment techniques, exam techniques and processes.
