About the Role: A respected mainstream secondary school in High Wycombe is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor for a long-term position starting from September 2024 and running until April 2025. This role is ideal for individuals with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar position who are passionate about education and committed to maintaining high standards of student learning and behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain focused and on task.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Support students in their learning and development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the overall educational environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Cover Supervisor.
- Strong classroom management skills.
