A primary school based in Northampton is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teacher (ECTs) to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of diverse pupil groups
- Assess and track pupil progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil engagement and learning
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement effective teaching practices
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Engage with parents and caregivers to support student development and well-being
- Contribute to the wider school community through extra-curricular activities and events
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Completion of Initial Teacher Training
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to educational excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school environments
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
