We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be a good team leader, ensuring that children receive the best possible start to their education.

Key Responsibilities: * Leading the Early Years department, including managing staff and overseeing the curriculum * Ensuring that the Early Years provision meets the requirements of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) * Planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years * Maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment * Building strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and development * Implementing policies and procedures that promote safeguarding and child protection * Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the Early Years provision, and making improvements where necessary * Developing strong partnerships with other professionals and agencies, such as health visitors and social workers

Requirements: * A relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. NNEB, NVQ Level 3, EYTS) * A proven track record of leading an Early Years department * A good understanding of the EYFS and experience of implementing it in a setting * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents and staff * Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures * A commitment to providing the best possible start to children's education
