Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Room Leader to join a warm, welcoming nursery setting in Corby.
About the Role:
As Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of practitioners, creating a stimulating and safe environment, and ensuring the highest standard of care and education is delivered. You'll be a key role model, supporting the development of children through engaging activities and strong relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily running of your designated room
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences
- Support and mentor your team, ensuring best practice is followed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are upheld
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for working with children
