We currently have an exciting new role to join the Dunbar team for a Recruitment Consultant position within our Milton Keynes office. We recruit Primary and Secondary Teachers and Education Specialists from the UK and Overseas for long term, day2day and permanent positions. We work with schools in the South of England, London and the home counties.
This fantastic opportunity will have you communicating to Teachers and Education Specialists to help them find their next ideal roles in schools and education facilities. You will be involved in every step of the recruitment process and will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure from day one.
The role requires making sales and business development calls and emails to schools across a region assigned to you. You will build relationships with schools and trusts to win business and build lasting relationships.

To be considered for this post you will be an outgoing and personable character with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. You will be confident speaking to build rapport with both clients and candidates on the phone and over email. You will have basic computer skills and willing to work in a fast-paced team environment, ready to recruit the best people.
