We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic SEN Cover Supervisor to assist a wonderful SEN school in Hemel Hempstead.
We are looking for a dedicated teacher who is confident, flexible and has the ability to develop strong and meaningful relationships with our students in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have strong classroom management skills, a positive attitude, and be knowledgeable about best practices in educating young people with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Following and delivering lesson plans to small groups of students
- Marking and returning pieces of work
- Manage the classroom in the teacher's absence
- Create a safe, positive and encouraging environment for young people to grow within
- Upholding policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and confidentiality, reporting all concerns to the relevant person or organisation.
