Dunbar Education is seeking a fully qualified teacher with experience and a passion for working within a challenging behaviour setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students with behavioural difficulties, as well as managing behaviour in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that are engaging and challenging for students with behavioural difficulties
- Manage behaviour in the classroom, using positive behaviour management strategies
- Assess and track the progress of students, providing feedback to both students and parents/carers
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a positive learning environment for all students
Requirements:
- Fully qualified teacher with experience working in a challenging behaviour setting
- Knowledge and experience of positive behaviour management strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing a high-quality education to all students
