Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to students, including those with special educational needs.

  • Assist in the assessment and tracking of student progress.


  • HLTA qualification or substantial previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
  • DBS clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
