- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of education.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience working with children within a primary school setting.
- Possess a warm and nurturing approach to engaging with students, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- A confident and adaptable approach to covering teaching and learning activities in the absence of the classroom teacher.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, would be advantageous but not essential.
