Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, teachers, and support staff in the education sector
- Recruit, interview, and place suitable candidates for various education roles such as teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff
- Conduct regular client visits and provide a high level of customer service to our clients
- Monitor and manage candidate and client feedback, and proactively seek ways to improve our service offering
- Attend industry events and build networks within the education sector to promote Dunbar Education's brand and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client activity using our recruitment software
Requirements:
- QTS
- Experience teaching Music to KS3 - KS4
- Proven experience in education recruitment or a related field
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment solutions
