Salary: MPS/UPS London Fringe + TLR

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, teachers, and support staff in the education sector
  • Recruit, interview, and place suitable candidates for various education roles such as teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff
  • Conduct regular client visits and provide a high level of customer service to our clients
  • Monitor and manage candidate and client feedback, and proactively seek ways to improve our service offering
  • Attend industry events and build networks within the education sector to promote Dunbar Education's brand and services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client activity using our recruitment software

Requirements:

  • QTS
  • Experience teaching Music to KS3 - KS4
  • Proven experience in education recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment solutions
