We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant Level 1 to join our dynamic educational team. As a Level 1 Teaching Assistant, your role will be integral to our school's commitment to providing exceptional support and guidance to our students. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students with varying educational needs.
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
- Promote an inclusive and welcoming learning environment for all students.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and record student progress and behavior.
- Accompany students on educational outings and trips.
- Support the development of educational resources.
- Encourage independence and confidence in students.
Requirements:
- Level 1 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the needs of individual students.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
