Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a safe and secure environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive social interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assess children's progress and provide tailored support to meet individual needs.
  • Contribute to the planning and organisation of events, outings and special projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to children's development and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, creativity and adaptability.
