Position: Maternity Cover Class Teacher

Location: Aylesbury

Contract: Full-Time, Temporary (Maternity Cover) One Year Fixed Term

Start Date: September 2024

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator looking for an exciting teaching opportunity? A Primary School based in Aylesbury is seeking a motivated and passionate Class Teacher to join the team on a temporary maternity cover basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to primary school students.
  • Plan, prepare, and implement engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support student achievement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
