Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Term Time Only)

Position Overview: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and education to children during term time. You will be part of a nurturing and dynamic team that creates a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn, grow, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Childcare: Provide attentive and caring support to children, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.
- Education: Implement age-appropriate activities and experiences that support children's development and learning.
- Communication: Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering open and effective communication.
- Observation: Monitor and record children's progress and behaviour, adapting care and activities accordingly.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm and nurturing approach to childcare.
- A commitment to providing a stimulating and inclusive environment for children.
