We are excited to announce a full-time Nursery Practitioner position at a highly regarded primary school in Bedford, rated "Good" by Ofsted. Starting in September, this role offers a chance to be part of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care and education to our youngest learners.
Role Overview: As a Nursery Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality care and educational activities for children aged 0-5 years.
- Planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
- Observing and documenting children's progress to meet their individual needs.
- Supporting the social, emotional, and physical development of each child.
Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 in Childcare, Early Years Educator).
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
