We are excited to announce a full-time Nursery Practitioner position at a highly regarded primary school in Bedford, rated "Good" by Ofsted. Starting in September, this role offers a chance to be part of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care and education to our youngest learners.

Role Overview: As a Nursery Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality care and educational activities for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
  • Observing and documenting children's progress to meet their individual needs.
  • Supporting the social, emotional, and physical development of each child.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 in Childcare, Early Years Educator).
  • Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
