Position: PPA Teacher (Primary School - KS1 and KS2)
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, UK
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: £30,000 - £41,333 per annum (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2024
About Us: We work on behalf of an Aylesbury based Primary School that is a vibrant and inclusive learning community committed to providing a high-quality education for all pupils. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) Teacher to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various year groups, covering for teachers during their PPA time.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging pupil participation and progress.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of pupils, ensuring all pupils are supported and challenged.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to maintain continuity of learning and provide comprehensive feedback.
- Uphold school policies and procedures, contributing to the overall ethos and values of the school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with a team.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and safeguarding.
Desirable:
- Specialism in a particular subject or key stage.
- Previous experience in a similar PPA role.
