Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new role from the new year?

A Northampton primary school is seeking a Teaching Assistant to provide effective 1:1 support on an ongoing basis. This is a full time role to start ASAP.

You will be supporting a child with Autism and behavioural difficulties. The child is behind their age expected learning level and struggles to engage in education.

As the successful Teaching Assistant, you will be confident in managing triggers and challenging behaviour, building a positive rapport and adapting your teaching style to suit individual learning.
