A primary school based on the outskirts of Daventry has an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Teacher to join their team. This is a full time position starting ASAP to cover a maternity position. For the right teacher, there could be the opportunity for a permanent contract within the school or at another school within the trust.
You will be teaching a Reception class in a one form entry primary school with the support of a part time Teaching Assistant. There is also a small class size, reducing planning and general teacher workload.
The primary school is popular within the local community and achieved good in their latest Ofsted inspection. The school also has a supportive senior leadership and generally low staff turnover.
As the successful Reception teacher, you will have up to date knowledge on the Early Years curriculm and recent experience with 'Read, Write, Inc'.
