Job Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join our team in Biggleswade. Key Responsibilities:

  2. Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation and promoting the benefits of physical activity.
  3. Assessment and Feedback: Conduct assessments, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the overall development of students' physical and personal skills.
  4. Extracurricular Activities: Organize and lead extracurricular sports activities, promoting a holistic approach to physical education.
  5. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to enhance the overall educational experience.
  6. Health and Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of students during PE lessons, adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience teaching PE in the UK education system.
  • In-depth knowledge of the national curriculum for PE.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for promoting physical fitness and well-being among students.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
