We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Behavioural Specialist for our mainstream primary school in Wellingborough.
The role will include working 1:1 with SEN pupils in all year groups, assessing their needs, and supporting them with their learning and development. Good behaviour management is essential to the position, as is the ability to quickly build strong relationships with pupils, their parents, and other professionals.
Applicants should hold a relevant qualification and have demonstrable experience working with SEN pupils, preferably in a primary school setting. UK DBS check is mandatory.
