Job Overview: As an SEN Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering students with SEN to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one assistance, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, and facilitating the development of essential life skills.

Patience: Patience is key when working with SEN students. You should be patient, understanding, and able to provide consistent support, even in challenging situations.
"Hands On" Approach: A willingness to be actively involved in the educational and personal development of students is crucial. You will assist with various tasks to help students build essential life skills.
Immediate Availability: The position is available for an immediate start, so you should be ready to join our team as soon as possible.
Enhanced DBS on Update Service: A current Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check on the Update Service is required to ensure the safety and security of the students.
SEN Experience (Beneficial): While not mandatory, prior experience working with students with special educational needs is a significant advantage.
UK Experience (Must): You must have experience working in the UK education system and be familiar with its regulations and practices.
