The Role: As an SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with various special educational needs within the Secondary School setting. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN, focusing on their individual needs and learning objectives.
