Your Role:
As a Speech and Language Therapist at Dunbar Education, you will:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication needs in students.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Provide training and support to school staff and parents to enhance the communication environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Experience working with children and young people in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
