We are seeking an experienced and motivated Behaviour Support professional to join a school in Milton Keynes.
In this role, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of appropriate behaviour management programmes. You will work with pupils on an individual basis, providing emotional support as well as practical advice and guidance on behaviour strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of special educational needs and disabilities, with a comprehensive knowledge of strategies to help young people develop appropriate behavioural patterns. They must be able to provide empathy, compassion and understanding when dealing with challenging behaviour.
