Support Worker - Primary Schools

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support students' social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and effective communication.
  • Monitor and record students' progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Support Worker or Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting is preferred.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents/guardians.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in supporting students with additional needs is desirable.
