Full-time Permanent Teacher of English

Location: South Buckinghamshire

Salary: MPS/UPS (London Fringe)

About the Role:

Are you passionate about English Language and Literature? Are you seeking an opportunity to inspire and engage students in a vibrant learning environment? Dunbar Education is currently recruiting for a Full-time Permanent Teacher of English for an Ofsted 'Good' school located in South Buckinghamshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative English Language and Literature lessons to students.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and contribute to departmental initiatives.

Requirements:

  • QTS or working towards
  • Graduate or equivalent
  • UK secondary school teaching experience
  • Knowledge of the English Language and Literature Curriculum to GCSE (essential) and A-level (desireable)
  • Right to work in the UK
