Teaching Assistant wanted

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Thame, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be assisting the teaching staff in providing education and instruction to students of all Key Stages (KS3-KS5) with their learning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons, providing one-on-one or small group support as needed.
Help prepare teaching materials and resources, including setting up equipment and organizing classroom displays.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the overall success of the educational program.
Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour, including observations and assessments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience working with secondary school students is preferred.
A genuine passion for education and supporting the academic and personal development of young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
Flexibility and adaptability, with the willingness to assist in various classroom and school activities as required.
