A primary school based in Northampton is seeking a confident Teaching Assistant to provide effective 1:1 support for a child with social, emotional and mental health needs.
This role requires building rapport to enage the pupil with everyday school life and learning. The pupil is behind age expected level and has had high levels of absence. As the successful Teaching Assistant, you will be reducing absence levels, increasing confidence and social skills as well as raising attainment and improving behaviour.
