Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, tailoring instruction to individual needs.

- Support the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) where necessary.
- Foster positive behaviour and encourage student participation and engagement.
- Contribute to classroom management and help maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in primary schools.
- Knowledge of primary curriculum and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships.
- Dedication to helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.
- A clear and enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
