Are you looking for an opportunity to support and assist students with additional needs? We are a thriving and diverse Secondary School located in Enfield and we are now recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be working with small groups and on a one-to-one basis to help those students with special educational needs reach their academic goals and succeed in school.
You will be involved in helping them understand their work, monitor and manage behaviour, create strategies and engage in activities to keep students motivated.
You will also liaise with SENCO and class teachers to ensure all students are supported as needed and any further assistance they may need is available to them.
You must have experience working with children and understand the importance of confidentiality, professional conduct and compassion.
