We are seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor with SEN experience for our partner school in Hemel Hempstead.
The school will consider unqualified teachers with suitable experience for this position.
We are looking for a dedicated teacher who is confident, flexible and has the ability to develop strong and meaningful relationships with our students in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have strong classroom management skills, a positive attitude, and be knowledgeable about best practices in educating young people with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising work that has been set in accordance with the school policy
- Developing lessons plans for classes (if employed long term)
- Managing the behaviour of pupils while they are undertaking work to ensure a constructive environment
- Support students with SEN to develop academically and emotionally
- Collect any completed work after the lesson and return it to the appropriate teacher
