We are excited to be recruiting for a Vocational Teacher for a multi-sited school in Wolverhampton. You will deliver up to level 2 in subjects including careers, Science, PE, Wellbeing, Enrichment, Equality and Diversity, Art.
Our school specialise in teaching students who may present challenging behaviors or are not suited to mainstream education for various reasons, including mental health.
It is essential that you have a minimum of a Level 4 or equivalent qualification in teaching.
Main Responsibilities include:
* Identifying clear teaching objectives and specifying how they will be taught and assessed.
* Providing clear structures for lessons maintaining pace, motivation, and challenge.
* Setting clear targets, building on prior attainment.
* Maintaining discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and encouraging good practice with punctuality, behavior, standards of work, and homework
