A primary school in Wellingborough has an exciting opportunity for a Year 4 Teacher to join their team as of January 2022. This is a full-time position with the view of transferring on to a permanent contract.
As the successful Year 4 Teacher, you will be working in a two-form entry school with a shared Teaching Assistant. You will benefit from reduced marking and all topic work being planned by the school's senior leadership team.
The school is part of a large academy that provides excellent career progression across the trust. The current Headteacher originally started at the school as an ECT and has worked up to SLT. You will also be joining a friendly and supportive team of teachers and support staff.
Due to the school's catchment area, there is a higher percentage of vulnerable pupils. You will possess strong behaviour management skills and will be confident in building effective rapport with pupils.
