As a 1-1 Support Assistant, you will provide help and guidance to children with disabilities to ensure they make the best progress in all aspects of their lives. You will be responsible for establishing an effective and safe working relationship with the children, as well as their families and caregivers.
You must have experience of providing practical and emotional support to children and adults with disabilities, as well as the ability to provide an appropriate and individualized learning environment for them.
