We are working on behalf of an Ofsted 'Good' mixed comprehensive school, who are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join the Learning Team to provide pastoral support to the sixth form.
The role will involve mentoring/coaching students, managing pupil progress, behaviour management, and coordinating and delivering interventions.
The successful candidate must have a genuine passion for working with young people, have excellent problem-solving skills, as well as an understanding of mental health issues. Prior experience working with secondary or sixth-form-aged children would be an advantage.
