A primary school based in Northampton is looking for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to provide effective 1:1 support for a pupil with social, emotional and mental health needs.
This role is working with a key stage 1 child who is behind their age expected level and struggles with day to day life at school.
As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will be respsonsible for building a strong rapport, managing and de-escalating triggers, raising attainment and reducing levels of unauthorised absence.
