Position: Behavioural Mentor Teaching Assistant (Long-term Assignment)
Location: Tring
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with students to provide targeted behavioural support and intervention.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement support plans.
- Implement strategies to address and manage challenging behaviours.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Behavioural Mentor or Teaching Assistant.
- Strong understanding of behavioural management strategies.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
