Position: Behavioural Mentor Teaching Assistant (Long-term Assignment)

Location: Tring

Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with students to provide targeted behavioural support and intervention.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement support plans.
  • Implement strategies to address and manage challenging behaviours.
  • Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Behavioural Mentor or Teaching Assistant.
  • Strong understanding of behavioural management strategies.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
