Position Overview: As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum. You'll create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, catering to diverse learning needs while inspiring a love for learning among students. Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders will be an integral part of this role to ensure holistic development and academic success for every child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and positive behavior.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute a well-rounded educational program.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
- Participate in school events, meetings and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative teamwork.
