An exciting opportunity has just become available for a Teaching Assistant to support within a Reception class. This role will be a mix of 1:1 support as well as general Teaching Assistant support.
The 1:1 role will involve supporting a child with complex needs including low cognitive ability, Autism and social and emotional difficulties.
As the successful Teaching Assistant, you will be confident in building a positive rapport with children, managing triggers, de-escalating challenging behaviour and enabling all pupils to access the curriculum.
