Are you a Support Worker looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working with children and a passion for education? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join multiple primary schools in Milton Keynes as a Teaching Assistant.
Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality teaching and learning to all students
Providing pastoral and academic support to individual children and small groups as needed
Implementing behaviour management strategies and supporting children to manage their emotions and behaviours
Working collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and other support staff to ensure the smooth running of the school
Experience working with children, ideally in a support worker role
A passion for education and a desire to work in a primary school setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with children and young people
Experience working with children with SEND needs or SEMH needs
Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
