Due to high needs intake, a primary school based in Northampton is looking for an Early Years Specialist Teaching Assistant to join their Reception class.
This is a full-time permanent role to start ASAP until the end of the academic year. For the right Teaching Assistant, there is also the potential for a permanent contract.
You will be joining an Ofsted-rated good school that is very popular within the local community. There is also an experienced leadership team and class teacher that you will be supporting.
This position has become available due to a high percentage of the class with additional needs.
As the successful Teaching Assistant, you will have up-to-date knowledge on the Early Year's curriculum and have experience teaching Read, Write, Inc phonics.
Ideally, you will be Level 2 or 3 qualified however this is not essential.
You will also receive competitive rates of pay and have access to free CPD.
